We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The build and functionality is very good. The intensity with the gobo lens is weak however. All the lenses have a color cast as well and do not focus sharply and are limited to about 12 foot max. If you know the limitations it is usable.

So far I’ve only experimented with it. Will do a ‘proper’ shoot soon. I like the versatility and variety of effects it can produce. I also like the fact that once mounted using the ¼” screw that it can be controlled remotely using the phone app. As a stills photographer the effects menu is of limited use to me but this might tempt me to shoot a little m ore video in the future. My intention is to use this light in conjunction with the 10W Projection torch to light subject and background differently with and without gobos and contrasting colours. This light is a little underpowered but there was no secret about this before purchase. It really needs to be used in a very dim or blacked out space with fast lenses and/or high ISO. Battery life seems good, certainly sufficient for my purposes and tif requited can of course be plugged into a power source while being used to extend the time. My test shots are very satisfactory so I’m more than happy with this light.
I love everything about it! Right now I’m using it to add life to my YouTube videos AND my flat lay wedding photos. Wow, looks so good.
Absolutely amazing little spotlight! The light output is super crisp, and the included GOBOs add incredible versatility. I used it for a portrait shoot and the results were beyond my expectations—sharp lines, beautiful shapes, and very professional-looking lighting.
The build quality feels premium, and I love how compact and easy it is to set up. The battery life held up nicely during the entire session. Definitely a must-have for any content creator or photographer looking for precision and portability.
