PHOTOOLEX provides a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
If your product experiences a malfunction covered by this warranty during the warranty period, PHOTOOLEX may provide free repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution after review.

PHOTOOLEX’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution within the scope of this policy.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, user-caused damage, or damage caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, fire, war, or other circumstances beyond normal product use.
This warranty is governed by the laws of the country or region where the product was purchased, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact PHOTOOLEX first so we can try to resolve the issue through direct communication.
